Job Profile

Overall responsibility of Sales & Marketing, Sourcing of cases, Customer and channel meetings. Management of DSTs and DSAs, Active role in setting up business targets and markets with management and implementation of the same, Maintenance of  DID for business achievement on time, Maintenance inter departmental coordination across different verticals , Presentations to higher Management on new business avenues & Business Development Programme’ Training programs to DSA’s employees for new products and policy

Job Description

  • Sourcing of home loans and LAP files after analysis of the credit worthiness & repayment capacity of the customer.
  • Maintaining healthy relationship with builders, brokers and connectors to generating home loan and LAP business.
  • Assisting inter departments to Control of PDDs and MIS.
  • Connecting with the market and sourcing channels, Marketing activities for customer touch base, Meeting the sourcing channels
  • Direct marketing activity for lead generation and branding of the company, Conducting meetings with business association and traders for loan requirements, Maintaining Sales tracker for the business activities and sourcing done for the company
  • Trainings for market sources on the product and policy of the company for sourcing, Working for enhancing sales productivity

Qualification – Post Graduate /  MBA

Experience – 10 + years in mortgage industry
